Welcome to Hotel de Rousch!

We will do our best to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.

Below we provide you with hotel information and practical announcements:

 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room “Rouschzicht” from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. At arrival you will be asked for your name and room number. Breakfast times may differ during the holidays and events. If you want to use a packed lunch, please contact the reception.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is possible from 2:00 p.m. You can check out until 11:00 a.m.. After this, the suite must be vacated. Please remember to check your suite thoroughly upon check out. If you want to make use of a late check-out, please contact the reception. Later check-out is only possible with a fee and based on availability.

Front desk

The reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. You can also reach the reception by telephone number: 045-571 58 90. We kindly request you only to call the reception after hours in extreme emergencies.

Room service

Room service can be ordered from 07:00 a.m. to 9:00. p.m. The room service menu can be found in your room. The additional costs for room service are € 7.50 per order. Other information

Air conditioning

All Suites have air conditioning.

Alarm                                    Board meeting point

When the alarm goes off, go out through the (emergency) exit as soon as possible and go to the meeting point in the parking lot in front of the hotel. NEVER use the elevator in case of fire. On the suite door you will find the escape route map.

Doctor, dentist and pharmacy

You can reach the reception by telephone number: 045-571 58 90 for medical assistance, stating your name and room number.

Baby cot

For a baby (0 to 6 months) we place a baby cot for free. For a child (6 months to 3 years), a surcharge of € 10 per night is charged.

Bathrobe

Would you like a bathrobe? Bathrobes are available against a deposit and based on availability at the reception.

Bicycle charging point

Hotel de Rousch has a locked bicycle shed. This bicycle shed also offers the possibility to charge your electric bicycle. Hotel de Rousch cannot be held liable for loss and / or damage to your bicycle.

Bicycle rental

The surroundings of Heerlen are ideal for exploring by bicycle. For more information, cycle routes and rental rates, please contact the reception. Hotel de Rousch cannot be held liable for loss and / or damage to your rental bicycle.

Tip: order a packed lunch for on the go.

Bus services

Day tickets are for sale at the reception, also for a day trip to Aachen (Germany). The bus stops are located on both sides of the Henri Dunantstraat.

Chromecast

Cinema

Quatro Cinema is located in the center of Heerlen. And Cinema Vue is located at the Leisure Dome in Kerkrade. For more information and the programs, go to their website or contact the reception.

Climate control

All suites have climate control that can cool, heat and ventilate. For more instructions see the appendix on climate control instructions or contact the reception.

Coffee and tea facilities

Each suite features an electric kettle and a Lavazza coffee machine. Coffee cups and tea bags are replenished daily by housekeeping. For any extras, please contact the reception.

Complaints

Unfortunately, there may be issues that escape our attention. We would like to be informed of this to do everything we can to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. You can report your complaints to the reception. This enables us to find a suitable solution. It is also difficult for us to deal with complaints that have not been reported during the stay, if Hotel de Rousch has not been offered the opportunity to provide a suitable solution.

Damage

If any damage is done to our property, intentionally or by accident, it must be paid for before departure, you will receive an account for the insurance.

Diet

Do you follow a certain diet or are you allergic to certain products? Please notify the reception in advance so that your dietary requirements can be taken into account.

Disabled people

Hotel de Rousch has two adapted suites and a bathroom for the disabled. The disabled bathroom is located on the ground floor. More information is available at the reception

Do not disturb

If you do not want to be disturbed, hang the "do not disturb" sign on the outside of the door. Housekeeping will hang a bag with clean towels on your door.

 

 

 

 

Dry cleaning & laundry service

Dry cleaning & laundry service is available Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will find a form and a laundry bag in the wardrobe in your suite. If you bring your laundry to reception before 9am, your clothes will be returned to your room after 6pm the same day. We regret to inform you that the hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage to your clothing. The costs for washing / steaming clothes are at least €10.00. All prices include VAT.

Emergencies

In an emergency: contact the reception. The front desk employee will immediately call the emergency services. Clearly state your name and suite number.

Entrance tickets

You can buy entrance tickets for various attractions, musea and events.

Ask at the reception for the possibilities.

Evacuation

In an emergency if the hotel needs to be evacuated, it is imperative to follow the instructions of the personnel during an evacuation.

Would you like a fresh bouquet of flowers in your room? Please contact the reception.

Fire

Upon entering your suite, make yourself aware of the nearest emergency exit. On the suite door you will find the escape route map. Have you noticed a fire? Activate the alarm by pressing the alarm button next to the elevator. Leave the building as soon as possible via the indicated escape route. NEVER use the elevator in case of fire. Due to the risk of fire it is forbidden to smoke in the entire hotel (also in hotel rooms) !!

Internet

Hotel de Rousch has wireless internet (WiFi) throughout the hotel, which is free of charge. The network name is “Rousch visitors”. You do not need a password to use the internet. Need help? Please contact the reception.

Iron and ironing board

An iron and ironing board can be borrowed from reception for a deposit and upon availability.

Liability

Hotel de Rousch is not liable for loss and / or damage to your belongings that are stored in your suite or in your safe.

Land of Lime

This is the area of ​​the Kunrader stone, one of South Limburg's most beautiful nature reserves. And who better to tell about the Land van Kalk than the inhabitants themselves? We can organize a tailor-made private tour with a guide for you and your colleagues, friends and family. Late checkout

Do you wish to stay in your suite until 5:00 p.m.? Ask the reception about the possibilities.

Lost and Found items

Lost or Found something, please contact the reception.

Please check your room thoroughly upon check-out. If you have forgotten something, you can check the website: www.ilost.nl to see if your forgotten item has been found.

Luggage

If necessary, your luggage can be placed in the luggage room after check-out.

Lunch and Dinner

At De Rousch, 200m walking distance, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and cake. But you are also very welcome for lunch and / or dinner. Market

The weekly market takes place on the Bongerd and Promenade in Heerlen every Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Meetings

Hotel and Auberge de Rousch have 13 rooms for meetings and parties. For a banqueting guide, more information or an appointment, please contact the reception.

Mini-bar

In each suite there is a mini fridge, which you can use during your stay. Turning your fridge into a minibar is possible with our minibar box. See the room service list.

Newspapers

Various newspapers are available at the reception.

Packed lunch

You can book a boxed lunch at the reception. A boxed lunch costs € 9.50 per package.

Parking

Hotel de Rousch has 40 free parking spaces with 8 charging points for electric cars.

Payment

The following payment methods are accepted: cash (up to and including € 100,- ), PIN / Maestro, credit card (Euro / MasterCard, American Express, Visa).

Pets

If you are bringing your dog (s) to our hotel, you must indicate this in advance when making your reservation. We have a few suites where dogs are welcome and have a maximum of two dogs per room. A surcharge of € 16.50 per dog per room per night is charged for bringing a dog with you during an overnight stay in our hotel. For more information, read our pet policy or contact the front desk.

Phone charger

Different types of chargers can be borrowed at the reception for a deposit and subject to availability.

Photocopies

Photocopies can be made at the reception for a fee.

Pillows

We have a composite pillow menu. So if you are not satisfied with the pillow on your bed, read our pillow menu and contact the reception.

 

Safe

There is a safe in the suite where valuables can be stored. This is in the wardrobe. The instructions for setting the code can be found on the safe. Please leave the locker open when you leave. Need help? Please contact the reception. Hotel de Rousch accepts no liability for loss and / or damage to your belongings in your suite.

Sauna

Our hotel has 4 suites with an infrared sauna. For more information, please contact the reception.

Sauna visit

There are several saunas in the vicinity of Heerlen. For more information, please contact the reception.

Shoe polish machine

There is a shoe-shine machine in the lobby on the ground floor next to the toilets.

Shop

At the reception and the bar you can get various drinks and refreshments for a fee.

Smoking

Hotel de Rousch is completely non-smoking. There is a smoking pole at the entrance of the hotel, smoking is only allowed there. If you do smoke in the suite, our fire alarm will be triggered. The costs incurred as a result and any cleaning costs (min. € 150) will be charged to you.

Sports

We have the ability to book a personal trainer for you. For questions about costs and which options, please contact the reception.

Television

In the suite you can control your flat-screen TV through the remote control located on the desk. The channel list is on page 998.

 

 

Toiletries

Various items (eg slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, razor blades, sewing kit, plasters, etc.) are available at the reception for a fee.

Towels

Used towels can be left on the floor and we will replace them for you. If you would like extra towels, please contact the reception.

Train

Heerlen station can be reached within 10 minutes by car from Hotel de Rousch. Information about train times is available at the reception.

Travel plug

Travel plug / world plugs can be borrowed at the reception for a deposit and based on availability.

Umbrella

Umbrellas can be borrowed at the reception for a deposit.

Walking

The surroundings of Heerlen are ideal for exploring on foot. There are various walking routes at the reception. Our House rules

 

• For your and our safety you will find the house rules that apply at Hotel de Rousch below. Everyone is obliged to adhere to these rules. Violation of a house rule can lead to immediate denial of entry to the hotel and a report to the police.

• Our entire hotel is non-smoking.

• We ask that you dress appropriately in the breakfast room and public areas of this hotel.

• In the different areas of the hotel, take into account other guests when it comes to noise. We think of: speaking loudly, volume of your telephone or television, etc.

• We do not serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18.

• If in doubt, our employees may ask you for a valid proof of identity.

• We cannot permit the use or possession of narcotics for understandable reasons.
