As a Hotel Receptionist, you are an essential part of the success of Hotel de Rousch. You take care of receiving our guests and helping them out.

We are looking for a proactive and hospitable hotel receptionist who:

• Has experience as a receptionist in a hotel or holiday park
• Can be deployed flexibly, both during the week and at the weekend
• MBO has (or is in training) work and thinking level
• Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably German
• Has computer skills in Word, Excel, and Office
• Has a structured approach and performs administrative tasks accurately
• A real team player with a solution-oriented attitude

As a hotel receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests and you are responsible for their first impression of our hotel. Among other things, you'll:

• Welcoming guests and checking in and out
• Book and rent out hotel rooms
• Provide general and tourist information
• Processing reservations for our restaurant and venues
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Managing hotel-related matters, such as housekeeping
