Our hotel is heated by four powerful heat pumps on the more than forty meter high roof! That's why Hotel de Rousch is one of the first 'gas-free' hotels in the Netherlands!
The insulation level has been greatly improved by the new façade and HR+++ glass. De Rousch also has an application of LED and we have a management system that ensures that energy consumption is limited and is also closely monitored.
De Rousch is a building that is now over 40 years old; intensive renovation has meant that the building has gone from energy label G to energy label A and is ready for a sustainable future. We think the future is very important and that is why we are very aware of it!
